- Description
- An extremely sweet and complex wine. A deep golden colour and attractive smell. Meadow flowers, honey notes, abundant pear, noble mould and candied citrus fruit skin. Layered, intense and rich. The taste is extremely sweet and full. So thick that it is almost sticky. However, apart from the sweetness, it is marked by equally pronounced spices stemming from the combination of strong alcohol content and spicy notes from the noble mould, giving the wine its complexity. Its duration is a category unto itself because the taste lingers on the palate and lips for minutes after sipping. Excellent!
