- Description
- A sweet, layered, mature and strong wine. A nice golden colour with occasional greenish reflections. The smell is simultaneously rich, attractive and noble. Noble mould, herbal notes such as fresh flowers, traces of peas, dried and candied fruit such as citrus fruit skin. The taste is quite sweet, counterbalanced by the strong alcohol content and a certain bitterness at the end, which deprives it of the banality frequently found in sweet wines, giving it a final more serious, more complex and stronger character.
