Description
A rich and full wine with a spicy character and excellently preserved freshness. Pronounced yellowish hue with light green reflections. The smell is intense and layered. The fruity aromas of late apple and pear varieties are intertwined with aromas originating from the yeast, among which the bread crust and hazelnut aromas are the most prominent. The taste is rich and full, yet with an attractive freshness. The beginning is characterised by a certain creaminess, with an excellently measured, balancing and lively acidity that builds on it. However, the end of the taste and the aftertaste itself are dominated by oak spices, a hazelnut afteraroma and the return of the creaminess from the beginning of the taste.
