- Description
- A very sweet wine. A deep golden colour with occasional greenish reflections. An excellent wine that reaches its true form only after several years of ageing.
The relatively gentle smell of this non-aromatic variety will enable the delicate tertiary aromas to achieve their finesse only in the coming years. In the meantime, the smell is characterised by milder flowery and fruity aromas. The taste is quite interesting. Even though it is exceptionally sweet, it has a playful acidity that make it very approachable and not at all sticky at the same time. Furthermore, a strong alcohol content and rich extract are also present. In other words. Everything necessary for several years of ageing. The lifetime of this wine is so long that it should be consumed by at least the second or third generation after the one that produced it.
