Ageing

A base wine aged in a stainless steel drum for eight months, followed by two years of ageing on lees after the second fermentation in the bottle. Three months after disgorgement, the wine is ready for the market.

Description

Characterised by a light pink colour with steady and numerous pearls. It has a pleasant, fresh and vibrant smell as well as blackberry and currant fruit aromas. The taste is lasting, elegant and harmonious.
